Re: Crop and Claw 2

At last a new trailer was put up. Mostly since demo's approaching release. Cleaning out the issue tracker and evaluating what's actually needed was useful at least.

Re: Crop and Claw gardening real

It seems the day-or-two watering in this climate does okay. The green beats are staring to pop out.

I'm not sure if the squash is catching on though, or if any of these are. They all line up with the various beans I planted roughly. So either the squash is more picky, takes longer ...

Re: Repairing Junk

Surprisingly, this was a success. I think. Around two hours ago I set things up and started trying to reassemble the DS. That was the point I learned to hate the L and R buttons.

Those little things fall apart and feel like they'd break doing anything. Luckily I had tweezers in one of my ...

Re: Obligatory "Workstation Showoff" thread

I feel pretty happy with my workstation setup so far! I'm going for a sort of late 90s or early 2000s feel while not compromising too much on modern functionality.

Probably the biggest potential problem are the computer screens, since some videogames and even software is built for 16:9. But I ...

Repairing Junk

I did another thing today. A few months ago I pulled out my Dialga Palkia DS Lite only to suddenly feel its fold loosen up. It turned out my hinge cracked just a tad. It wasn't broken and even still held its position when in the typical lock positions, but that was cause enough for alarm. There was ...

The Cooking Channel

Time to expose all your terrible recipes to the world.

I was intending to do this someday because once in a while I blab cooking at times, I never stashed stuff to public archives that don't suck. Also since this place is basically where I dump notes on game developers of a critter-based niche ...

Crop and Claw gardening real

The backyard of this house is sizable but hadn't really been utilized much. Before I moved, I did a bit of gardening and could grow a few things. I figured I'd take a crack at breaking up some dirt and do a test run this year. There's still a lot of trees around that can block the sun so I made due ...

Re: Crop and Claw 2

Nearly one month and things are slowly getting there. I got pulled around so much on other stuff for so many weeks that I didn't get as much as I'd liked to. A few experiments like the SNES mode7 style stuff are ahead since we probably won't use them for CnC2 and just the third for flight. At least ...

Re: Obligatory "Workstation Showoff" thread

I've made a whole reversal to my entire workstation. It was near the window before, but I've moved it to the opposite side of the room. The AC may have to go in when it heats up, and there were literally no places to put the plug. Now my couch bed is over there and the entire workstation setup has a ...
